The CWRA, Cedar Creek Rustic Village, as presented by Bentley Trucking, Stars to Legends Tour will make an appearance at State Park Speedway, Thursday night, June 4th. All the Stars on the Tour will be in attendance racing their Super Late Model machines, for this, the second event of the 2020 CWRA racing season. Drivers Featured include defending Tour Champion, Jeff Weinfurter of Wisconsin Rapids, WI. Weinfurter actually has won back to back titles and is shooting for a 3rd Crown in 2020. Others that will be racing include, 2019 Rookie of the Year, and winner of a Feature in CWRA's first event in 2020 at Dells Raceway Park, Wis. Dells, WI., Harley Jankowski of Sparta WI. Local Star Mark Mackesy, Wausau, WI., will be racing on the night, and has to be considered a favorite at his home track. Others in the fold on the night include, Brett Breitenfeldt, Wausau, WI., Dillon Mackesy, Athens, WI., Darren Jackson, Wis. Rapids, WI., Monte and Darek Gress, Neillsville, WI. Mosinee driver Travis Volm will also be competing and he will definitely be one to watch as he won in CWRA competition here last year. Wisconsin hot shoe drivers John Beale, Verona, WI., and Mark Eswein, Wis. Rapids, WI., have also indicated they will be racing. Putch Bentley, Iron River, MI., will be making the tow from Michigan, and Pail Paine, from Mound, MN., plans to race as well. A field of 20 Super Late Model drivers are expected to compete with two Feature races for the Division being run. Pure-stock, mini-mod and mini-stock Divisions of racing will also be on the night's card. Pit gates for the evenings races open at 3:30pm, fan gates at 4:30pm with Qualifying set to start at 6:00pm.
